LESS runs the Plot which is an organic farm producing local veg and herbs and a FarmStart programme for the Lancaster area to support new entrants to small-scale commercial growing. The FarmStart programme runs annually, beginning each Spring.
This project part of our 10-year vision of thriving local farms providing food and meaningful employment for local people.
The Plot is a community-supported agriculture scheme, with members who share the costs, risks and bounty of the farm each season.
